Bug: ent_text flickers

Describe the bug

Text created from the ent_text console command flickers in and out of visibility.

To Reproduce

1. Make a map with entities
2. Use ent_text on an entity (preferably light_rt, in this case)
3. See that it flickers.

This map is an incomplete map compiled with P2CE stock compilers on a cordon compile.

Expected Behavior

When I use ent_text, the text shouldn't flicker.

Windows 11 24H2 (Enterprise LTSC IoT, Microsoft Confidential)

Something to note, this can be ""fixed"" by running the command sv_alternateticks 0, however it isn't ideal.

I remember someone saying in a meeting a while ago it was a change Momentum Mod made to prevent ent_text from flickering when alternate ticks was disabled, since MM doesn't use alternate ticks, which then carried over to P2:CE and broke it the other way around.

Simplest option would probably be to just revert this change for P2:CE?
