Typing in the "tell me copilot else to do" causes performance, blinking issue - and characters get dropped

Describe the bug

The UI will blink and typing will be dropped when typing in the "tell copilot what else to do" field

Affected version

No response

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Get a prompt where you can type in an alternative action for copilot to do
2. Start typing

Expected behavior

Typing to be smooth like it was before.
