Describe the bug
I was wrking with the paid service of claude opus 4.6. It was thinking for a task so I left it work. After like 30 minutes I came back to check and the model was stuck at thinking. It still would keep thinking if I ask another question in that session.
Affected version
GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.406.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
I think there is a lot of variables here, probably not easy to reproduce.
Basicly after a lot of context I told it to work in a new task and got stuck there.
Expected behavior
I think you should understand where is getting stuck at, but easilly you could identify this and stop the thinking if it gets stuck and trigger the development.
I was hoping you could also refund me with some credits because the month is just starting and this bug used like 40% of my credits.
