Missing commit for DatabaseSessionService stale session issue

Commit 1063fa5 was included in 1.22.1, but is missing from 1.23.0.

This fix is needed to support concurrent session mutations. This easily happens from quick multi-posts in the same session by the same user, or by different users in a group chat.

Oh... I think I know the reason. The new code in "database_session_service.py" is not compatible with the v0 session schema. This would be a severe breaking change.

v1.23.0 was cut on 2026-01-22, and commit 1063fa5 is dated 2026-01-26, so it wasn’t in that release

it will be in the next release
