Proof of Concept: MCP Apps

We need to build a proof of concept MCP App to prove out the ability to use the C# SDK for that scenario. We expect this scenario will be enabled by Add global transport-level filters (#761).

@ShrayRastogi We have not yet defined the work here. Once we get through implementing some proofs of concept for building MCP Apps using the C# SDK, we will determine next steps. The exploration has begun though.

This feature looks really exciting to have in the C# SDK — I can’t wait to try it out.
Whether it ends up serving static HTML with some special sintax inside or something more dynamic like Razor or Blazor, it opens up a whole new world of possibilities for MCP servers on .NET, especially around richer UI experiences for MCP tools and workflows.

1. Sample code you push to a branch
2. Connect with @gewarren on having it turned into a sample/scenario doc

I do have a sample available at main...f7d14c0. I plan to put a PR together soon to merge this, but I also want to make a slight adjustment to the MessageFilter API to more clearly separate them from request filters at the same time.

@halter73 - In your sample - you have these filters - AddIncomingMessageFilter, are these necessary? I think these are required in the scripts exposed by the resource to handle comms between host and mcp app rather than applying them on server side? Could you please clarify?

We're satisfied with the proof of concept validating nothing further is required for GA to enable Apps.
