Expose a binding for simdjson

I think we should consider exposing an "Extended JSON" parser (and possibly stringifier) to address specifically two issues:

1. protecting against prototype pollutions attacks - essentially embedding what secure-json-parse does.
2. provide better support for BigInt

Possibly, there are more ideas of features we might need.

We could also pursue this as a n-api addon.
