Enhancement

We should improve AGENTS.md contributor/agent guidance:

  • Issue submission: follow .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ and apply proper labels (at least type/* + one component/*; for bug/regression issues, require severity/* + affects-*).
  • Bug fixes: include a regression test and verify it fails before the fix and passes after.
