Applications feature can't see Exportable Apps on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

Describe the bug
I've tried installing a few .deb packages, Cursor being the main one, they do not appear on the exportable apps list on the Ubuntu images I tried. They can still be exported manually through inside the container.

To Reproduce

• Tried on docker.io/library/ubuntu:24.04 and ghcr.io/ublue-os/ubuntu-toolbox

1. Go to "Install Package"
2. Install a .deb package (e.g. Cursor)
3. Click on "Applications"
4. View the "Exportable Apps" list
5. The application does not show up on the list

• Installation method: Flatpak
• App version: 1.4.0

Additional context
Following the same steps for .rpm on a Fedora image has the app correctly showing up on the list.
