Programming language: Python for learning, you can also learn Java, but it is quite harder than Python and Use YouTube channels like NetworkChuck, John Hammond, and IBM Technology, and platforms like TryHackMe. Kali Linux for os and Kali Linux comes with 100+ preinstalled security tools

I'd say along with the other comments to learn bash scripting. You can really do a lot with it, especially if you are going to be using linux or any unix based OS.

Recently, I worked on this. You need to know about the basics of Python, and then you need to know about Linux OS. Then, you need to know about some libraries like scikit learn, pandas, scapy and most of all, you need to know about wireshark.
