Improved description of IB FPC capacitors

The geometrical description of the Inner Barrel FPC capacitors was improved: now the correct dimensions (imperial instead of metric) and material density were used, taking into account also the soldering contribution. Two different volumes were defined, one for the small 1uF capacitors and one for the large 22uF ones. The air container of the services was properly shaped (a Xtru instead of a simple BBox) to avoid fake overlaps.
