Batbot metadata drawing

resolves #286

• Integrates Batbot Metadata into the PulseMetadat model
  • Adds Cuve (list[time,freq]), and Points ([time,freq]) for the Characteristic Freq, Heel and Knee
  • This data is formatted and placed inside of the same PulseMetadata as the contours
• Renamed the endpoint for the contours to be solely /pulse_contours, as well as the Schema to separate it out
• Added in a pulse_data that returned the data for compressed segments
• Client
  • Added a new layer that graphs the line and the points
  • State objects for turning the line on/off as well as changing color and point size, and line width
  • add the duration and range calculations as toggleable
  • the usePulseMetadata is a separate state store for these objects done as a singleton composable much like useStore.

A couple of general comments, and I noticed that the text alignment gets awkward sometimes, but overall this is looking really good.

I updated the uv lock file to make sure it installs from pypi instead of github.

I've modified the docker-compose.overrride.yml to install the task extras and use a uv_task_cache for the celery container to enable local dev testing.

I asked for a rereview to make sure I didn't mess anything up.
