I fixed just one that is related to different versions in #694

But the erratic behavior should be a more internal thing. Maybe run the tests within just one process to separate these cases.

Update: I fixed the getaddrinfo() test compat (results), but the new test_issue39_regression looks concerning, though it seems ARM-only
