docs: add unauthenticated and proxied port options to preview environments

Documents the unauthenticated: true and proxied: false port configuration options on the Preview Environments page.

Changes

• Added unauthenticated and proxied to the port configuration fields table
• Added "Public Ports (Unauthenticated)" section: what it does, use cases (public endpoints, webhooks, health checks), and note that the proxy layer is preserved
• Added "Direct Port Access (Non-Proxied)" section: what it does, use cases (direct socket access, non-HTTP services), security warning, and how ROO_<NAME>_HOST works for non-proxied ports
• Added a tip recommending unauthenticated: true over proxied: false when the goal is just skipping auth
• Updated the Limits section to distinguish between proxied (max 10) and non-proxied (max 1) port limits
• Added relevant keywords to frontmatter

I wonder if we might prefer to skip proxied altogether and just have it for unusual white glove situations? Maybe that's excessive...

I'm not 100% sure, but I think I needed it to make the storybook preview work.
