This "Learn More About Tools" section now links to the page itself (/basic-usage/how-tools-work), since the target (/advanced-usage/available-tools/tool-use-overview) was deleted. The heading and text promise "complete parameter references and advanced usage patterns" that no longer exist anywhere. The whole section (lines 109-111) should be removed rather than self-linking.
