Purpose of this PR
With
UnityTransportbasically being a wrapper for UTP, I think it could make sense for the team owning UTP to be flagged as reviewers for PRs changing this code. Furthermore, most of theUnityTransportcode was written by folks on that team, so we'd be able to leverage their knowledge of the code base.Changelog
