This PR means that Zigbee occupancy sensors will be classified using the new
OccupancySensorschema with anOccupiedPropertyas opposed to a genericBinarySensorwith aBooleanProperty.It also allows an
OccupancyPropertyto be added to other device types like aMotionSensorif present.
