This change has broken this existing usage

global $_wp_admin_css_colors;

$current_color = get_user_option( 'admin_color' );
$bg_color = $_wp_admin_css_colors[ $current_color ]->colors[3];

Because the modern color now has only 3 values, unlike fresh, which has 4.
