The bug
Regional OpenAI endpoints (EU/APAC) weren't being recognized, so o1/o3 models failed with parameter errors.
The fix
Updated
llm/openai.pyto detect all official OpenAI regional endpoints, not just the US one.Testing
Tested with 11 scenarios - all passed ✅
Impact
EU/APAC endpoints now work. No changes needed for existing users.
