What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Remove dependency on SnakeYAML from
hdds-common. For that, we need to move the network topology implementation tohdds-server-framework.hdds-commonretains the interfaces and utils, as well asNodeImpl, since it is subclassed byDatanodeDetails.https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14609
