This patch introduces the
--eeoption to all workflows in the CI pipeline, ensuring that we consistently use the enterprise version.This patch was necessary to resolve the failure of this particular release: https://github.com/chainloop-dev/chainloop/actions/runs/22134861837/job/63986563330
The introduction of this option was made in this pull request when we implemented the corresponding policy. By adding it to all workflows, we ensure that this important configuration is never overlooked.
