We need to check, if we really need the apache webserver within the base image. So I would recommend to wait until we have more data about those scenarios. I'd like to keep this PR open for now to track all the work you did; but won't merge it for now. The current way of getting apache-support through this parent image is, in disabling the nginx and adding the required steps to install the httpd webserver within the child images. |
