[go-migration] Adjust missing framework configurations

• Introduce YamlHandler thin wrapper around yaml lib used for parsing and validating yaml configurations
• Introduce missing configurations for frameworks:
  • google stackdrive profiler
  • java memory assistant
  • jrebel
  • jprofiler profiler
  • luna security provider
  • sealight agent
    Default configurations of custom properties are added for the corresponding frameworks with possibility to overlay with JBP_CONFIG for the framework. More info on the missing configurations can be found in this issue
• Refactor existing enabled checks and other properties, obtained through JBP_CONFIG to be based on parsing the corresponding JPB_CONFIG instead of doing checks/extractions based on contains(..). Refactored the following frameworks:
  • client certificated mapper
  • debug
  • jmx
  • metric writer
