Json validator for json files added

# Description

This commit added a new python script that will help to validate json files.
The script will check the json files that these files have valid json or not.

#USAGE 
The script requires one argument that is the path of the directory where json files are present and have to be checked for valid json.

Please delete options that are not relevant.
