Currently dask.org is hosted on Webflow and requires a paid plan to make changes.
This PR replicates the current dask.org landing page as a simple Sphinx site. The pages can be hosted on Read The Docs and edits can be made by Pull Request.
Right now basically all of the content is contained within the
_templates/page.htmlfile. So if you want to make edits you need to do it there. But as an example I factored out the footer links into a dict inconf.py. We can look at pulling more things out into source files and templating them back in later, it's pretty straightforward to do with a coding agent.Check out the build preview to see it in action https://daskorg--58.org.readthedocs.build/en/58/
