Not sure about that hour long test run. Our AppVeyor builds run in about 8 mins, so that leads me to believe it's a Azure compat issue. |

Good to know. I'll try to debug on Monday. As you've already seen, we're more opinionated about process launches than other systems - might be related. |

Here's a swing at #424. I'm not a deep Ember user so I can't quite make out why the Linux tests run in 4 minutes and the Windows ones run longer than an hour. Perhaps someone can point out what I'm doing wrong.
