test-integrations-dbs.yml is marked as generated, but only the generated file was changed to call ./scripts/run-clickhouse.sh. The source template still references getsentry/action-clickhouse-in-ci@v1.6, so the next generation pass can silently revert this behavior and reintroduce inconsistency.
