The readme implies that the quota will be reduced by 1x even when we use a 0x model.

However, based on my practical use, 0x models don't reduce quota for every use.

Merging this PR will fix the misleading doc.

Pull request overview

Updates the README to clarify how GitHub Copilot CLI premium request quota is consumed when using models with different multipliers, specifically noting that 0x models do not reduce premium request quota.

Changes:

  • Replaces the “reduced by one” statement with a model-multiplier explanation (e.g., 1x, 3x).
  • Adds explicit documentation that 0x models do not reduce premium request quota.
  • Keeps the link to GitHub’s “About premium requests” documentation for authoritative details.

💡 Add Copilot custom instructions for smarter, more guided reviews. Learn how to get started.
