Re-uses logic from here in order to introduce a helm-tool capable of managing cert-manager Helm chart images.
The tool provides two main commands: images extract to list image paths from values.yaml files and images bake to modify image references. It supports enterprise registry rewrites, namespace updates, and FIPS compliance adjustments.
