This update adds the organization, TinyCircuits, with 2 of their devices: Thumby and Thumby Color. These PIDs are being requested in order to add CircuitPython support to those platforms (see relevant PR: adafruit/circuitpython#10303).

@tannewt Let me know if the changes I've made are adequate. The board URLs aren't valid at this time until these devices are added to the CircuitPython core pending this addition, of course.
