requirements.txt should not be added to gitignore. This file is an important thing to track in git

@SHSRPL, I noticed an error in the baseline minting function (my mistake!), where we were not getting the latest value of the baseline function. I fixed it by getting the data from Starboard, and I rerun the notebook. The TLDR is that the Baseline Crossing dates are much earlier now with the new onboarding rates. The base scenario points to a baseline crossing event occurring in March 2023. |
