When pinning the browser tab there is no way to tell how much time is left on the timer
By replacing the favicon with an animated semicircle the user gets a rough indication
The semicircle is drawn green for a normal timer and red for a break timer, just like the timeline.
The favicon is changed back to the original icon when the timer is over
