Thanks so much! Looking at this I just realized 05_intro_to_dask is actually missing in the TOC! But we also have a separate notebook with much of the same content in https://tutorial.xarray.dev/intermediate/xarray_and_dask.html... so I'll open a separate issue to consolidate this into a single notebook.

I was looking over some of the tutorials today (these are great! thank you 😄 ) and noticed a few minor issues so figured I'd put in a quick PR.
Specifically this PR:
