Changes:
Stabilized simulator high-variance rate (p_variance = 0.1) in both CNV simulators.
Fixed minus-strand exon reversal typo (exons = exons[::-1]).
Fixed variant-query test string to real f-string interpolation.
Added focused regression tests in tests/anoph/test_simulated_cnv_data.py.
Validation:
poetry run pytest -q tests/anoph/test_simulated_cnv_data.py passed.
poetry run pre-commit run --files tests/anoph/conftest.py tests/anoph/test_cnv_frq.py tests/anoph/test_simulated_cnv_data.py passed.
